Celtrek does not currently collect payment through the Website for product purchases.

Submitting a contact form, product enquiry or quotation request does not result in any payment obligation.

Where a customer decides to purchase a product or service after discussion with Celtrek, payment instructions and applicable payment terms will be communicated separately through the quotation, order confirmation, invoice or other authorized communication.

Customers should make payments only through payment methods officially communicated by Celtrek.

Displaying a product on the Website does not guarantee that the product is currently available for immediate delivery.

AMC and technical services are provided according to the applicable service agreement or quotation.

The scope of AMC may vary depending on the machine, contract and services purchased.

Submitting a dealer or partner application does not automatically create a dealership, distributorship, agency or partnership.

Appointment and commercial terms shall be governed by a separate written confirmation or agreement.

Transactions carried out through GeM, government departments, PSUs, institutions or tender processes may be governed by the applicable bid document, purchase order, contract, GeM terms and applicable law.

The Website may contain information regarding products, services, offers, brands and solutions supplied or supported by Celtrek.

Information may be updated, changed or removed without prior notice.

Website content, including company branding, original text, graphics, design and other materials owned by Celtrek may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Information submitted through the Website will be handled in accordance with Celtrek's Privacy Policy.

Celtrek does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Website availability.
