Standard Coverage Scope

Celtrek Technologies provides warranty coverage on all core hardware components against manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal usage conditions. This includes key internal parts such as boards, power units, and essential machine components to ensure reliable operation.

1.0 General Warranty Terms

Celtrek Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Celtrek") provides warranty coverage for its supplied hardware products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

The standard warranty period is up to 12 months from the date of purchase by the original customer ("Warranty Period"), unless otherwise specified for a particular product.


If a valid claim is made within the warranty period, Celtrek will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product at no additional cost using new or serviceable parts, or
  • Replace the product with an equivalent unit that is functionally similar

All repairs and replacements are subject to verification by our technical team.

2.0 Exclusions and Limitations

The "Precision Vault" guarantee does not apply to:

Physical Impact

Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, short circuit, rat bitten & lightning effect earthquake or other external causes.

Unauthorized Mod

Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Celtrek.

Extreme Overclocking

Components operated outside of manufacturer-specified voltage and temperature tolerances for sustained periods.

Cosmetic Wear

Surface-level scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports that do not affect the electrical performance.

3.0 Replacement Protocol (RMA)

To initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), users must provide original proof of purchase and a detailed system log showing the failure state. Once authorized, the user is responsible for shipping the component to our Precision Inspection Facility.
